Refund Policy for Event Bookings
Thank you for choosing Eden Clicks Events. We strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and options regarding event bookings.
1. General Policy
All ticket purchases are final. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Therefore, we offer the following refund options based on the type of event and timing of your request.
2. Refund Eligibility
– Full Refunds: You may request a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 5 days prior to the event date.
– Partial Refunds: Cancellations made 3 days prior to the event will be eligible for a 60% refund of the ticket price.
– No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 2 days before the event are not eligible for refunds.
3. Event Cancellation
In the event that an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will be notified via email, and you will receive a full refund of your ticket price, including any processing fees.
4. Transfer of Tickets
If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Please contact our support team at ede@gmail.com for assistance with the transfer.
5. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your booking reference number and the reason for the cancellation.
3. For eligible requests, refunds will be processed within +91 business days.
4. Amount will be refunded in 5-7 business days on your original payment method
